Our hypothesis is that people distant to the labour market benefit from Digital Credentials & Badges, because they can show their skills and competencies outside of formal education; and that this motivates to further learn and qualify for a labour market in need of skilled people.

We interviewed 48 participants in 3 countries from 5 tarket groups:

– migrants

– employed people with “old skills” prone to be kicked-out when economy goes down
